An international swimsuit model, accused of operating a global drug ring out of a Hollywood apartment, has been arrested in Australia.
Simone Farrow, aka. Simone Starr, previously worked as an Ed Hardy bikini model and a Penthouse magazine “pet”. She also made FHM magazine’s Sexiest Women in The World list three times.
According to authorities, Farrow 37, was leading a double life trafficking high-grade crystal meth, hidden in shipments of bath salts, reports KTLA.
Farrow was first arrested in October 2009 after the United States DEA raided her Sunset Boulevard apartment and allegedly seized drugs and documents. After posting a $150,000 bond in February, she skipped town.
Police caught up with Farrow in a hotel in Australia’s Gold Coast last week.
She has been accused of packaging bags of high-grade “ice” or chemicals to cut the drugs in bath salts, then sending them in parcels marked “bath products” among various other names via FedEx and UPS.
Farrow has denied all the charges and claims she was in hiding after running for her life.
